How to contact amazon by phone?
My account has been deactivated after almost 10 years selling on Amazon. Trademarked. They asked for company documents and we sent them. We had only changed the office within the same city. They have not accepted them and we don't know why. And we can't open a ticket, chat or call. We don't know who to contact or where to find out what other documents they need us to send them. After so many years selling on amazon, we feel let down and alone, with no help from amazon support.

This is another address. Had you changed it also under "Official Registered Address" in your account settings at the time? And while a reverification? If not, the system sees a mismatch.

Certainly you have to redo a reverification sending the usual documents. Pay attention that anything matches with your account settings and that on each document there is your new address.
