Why is it that when selecting to participate on both days, the duration is set to be 11 days, 23 hours , and 59 minutes?
Black Friday and Cyber Monday is only 24 hours each.

We were able to create deals for black friday/cyber monday. However, it is only until Dec 1, 2024, 12:15 AM PST - Dec 1, 2024, 12:15 PM PST. Cyber Monday is until December 2, so why did it only allow us to create deals until December 1st?

hello! I’m not seeing the option to participate in seller central. Is this feature available to all sellers? I’m FBA, but pretty new so wasn’t sure if that’s the reason I can’t see the option to participate. (I looked in advertising, nothing there).

Thanks for the question @Seller_dX3dlhRkDeYGF- To be eligible for deals, you must be a professional seller with an overall rating of at least 4.0-stars, per this help page on Amazon Deals. That page also walks through product eligibility requirements as well. Can you confirm if you are enrolled to a Professional selling plan and have a overall feedback rating of above 4.0?

I’m a professional seller, and have all 5 star product reviews. Are the seller reviews earned differently? I don’t have any of those yet. Not sure how to get those.

Thanks for the response, @Seller_dX3dlhRkDeYGF-- Seller feedback comments are provided by customers after an experience buying from a seller, so they are different than product reviews.
This help page covers the topic further and links out to a tutorial on receiving positive feedback through customer service. You can also 'Request a review' from the Order detail page, which will provide customer's with a path to provide both a review of the product, and the seller's service.

We meet the eligibility requirements, but have just been advised by chat support that our product is ineligible. They were unable to provide us with any other details and didn't offer any suggestions other than a link to the page that specifies the eligibility requirements - which we meet. We are very disappointed and frustrated.
