I cannot reach my returned product and the customer.
The product has entered the return process from the customer, but even though 25 days have passed, I still cannot reach my product. A refund has been made to me, but while the customer is reaching you, I cannot reach the customer to ask where my product is for the A TO Z request. This refund has been made, but my product is still not returned to me. I am looking for a solution for this. Also, my product is expensive and I don't know what to do.

Following authorization of the return, the customer has 15 days to return the item after the return window closes, allowing for transit time. Timing may vary based on the product’s category, in accordance with Amazon’s return policy. To determine if a product has a longer return window, go to Amazon’s return policy.
Did the customer already file an A-to-Z claim? Did you use Buy Shipping?
