I cannot reach my returned product and the customer.

The product has entered the return process from the customer, but even though 25 days have passed, I still cannot reach my product. A refund has been made to me, but while the customer is reaching you, I cannot reach the customer to ask where my product is for the A TO Z request. This refund has been made, but my product is still not returned to me. I am looking for a solution for this. Also, my product is expensive and I don't know what to do.

Timing may vary based on the product’s category, in accordance with Amazon’s return policy. To determine if a product has a longer return window, go to Amazon’s return policy.

Did the customer already file an A-to-Z claim? Did you use Buy Shipping?
