Anonymized customer phone numbers failing when attempting to reach for LTL delivery
I have 4 orders in the last 10 days where we are trying schedule LTL delivery appointments with customers but the Amazon anonymized phone number rings once and fails.
- Weren't LTL shipments supposed to have real customer phone numbers when using the freight templates? We are getting phone numbers in the orders but they are being directed through Amazon
- Did Amazon change the anonymized customer phone numbers? They used to have a phone number and then a code. These are just a normal digit length with no code.
- All the help pages about this are either incorrect or they are gone. Or I am just not finding them.

Yes -- that is supposed to go along with using the Large/Heavy template.
