When searching on Amazon, our company brand name is not displayed in the title.
Our company is investing heavily in Amazon advertising costs.
For example, we are investing advertising dollars in keywords such as:
'rice cooker'
'rice cooker 6 cups'
'rice cooker 10 cups'
However, among the products searched using these keywords, only our brand name is removed from the product title.
Competitors' product titles include their brand names.
This is clearly considered unfair competition.
I made cases to Amazon and asked for a fix, but all I got back was that they were testing that the brand name wasn't display.

Even though our company is losing money, we are exposing our products through Amazon advertising.
This is to increase awareness of our brand.
However, it makes no sense that only the competitors' brand names are exposed and our company's brand name is not in search result.
We are also considering consulting with a lawyer regarding the topic of unfair competition.

We have concluded that it is no longer possible to resolve the issue by opening a case with Amazon.
I would like to know if there is an organization that can resolve the issue rather than opening a case with Amazon, or if there is a contact number that I can forward the attorney's letter to Amazon.

I also have this problem. Similarly, I have filled in my brand name in the brand item and the title item, but my brand name is not displayed in the search result list and my details page.
