Have you checked there is no inventory in the MX store?
As mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, have you reviewed your managing inventory in this region? Have you ever used our build international listing tool? If you have or identify there's a connection to a regions you do not want, you can remove a connection to help prevent the migration to listings into other stores.
Regarding the actual violation, if you need support in resolving the the situation I would ask that you provide the ASIN, and the related case used to dispute the violation. This will help me look further into the situation to provide next steps or guidance.
