Best-Deals Badge not visible on products, it disappeared suddenly during our Best-Deals

Anyone had the same issue that and it got resolved?
Today our Best Deals badge suddenly disappeared. It is the third day of our BD campaign, but the Best Deals badge on the product page suddenly disappeared. We found that the current deal price recommended by Amazon system is 10% OFF of the Prime Exclusive price during our Black Friday and cyber Monday.
Now tell me Amazon; what should I do to restore the Best Deals badge?

I looked into your concern and I see that the ASIN you have set up for Best Deal needs your attention. You can review the deal by logging into your Seller Central account, selecting Advertising from the menu bar, and select Deals. You can click on the deal title which will open a new window. Please review the deal price and discount per unit fields. If you are still experiencing this concern, please open a case with our Support team for troubleshooting.
