RIVOX - Customer Review Violated Community Guidelines
Good day Amazon team,
We believe that one of our 1 star customer review have violated the customer review per the Community Guidelines by giving comments about (1) the pricing; and (2) Spam – since the price $114 mentioned in the review is not correct. We have no record of our product sale price within that range.

- Customer Profile Name: Dad
- Customer Review Violated Reason: Comments about pricing / Inauthentic

Upon further checking on the customer Amazon account profile, we have noticed that he only leave a negative review on all products purchased which makes his credibility is in question or inauthentic.
We have raised this issue 2 weeks ago via phone call with Amazon team but no action to date yet. Appreciate if you can have a look into this please?

Tatiana from Amazon here -- I'm just coming across your thread. I can understand your frustration as nobody wants to receive negative reviews. However, we do encourage customers to leave their authentic thoughts and opinions on a product.
In turn, we encourage sellers to view these reviews as an opportunity to make improvements. Is there education that can be added to the product detail page to help mitigate this type of confusion? Or is there additional imagery or a product video that can be added?
Again, receiving negative reviews are frustrating, but I do hope the context of the review can be viewed as an opportunity rather than something only negative.
