Can add User, but "verify button" does nothing. I also cannot Add a Authorized Partner

HI All,

Please tell me someone is an answer to resolve this, because Amazon technical can't seem to fix and they keep asking for screenshots, URL's over and over again. And they get the same screenshots and URL's again. Then they ask again. Going in circles and they are not helping because I can't set up my store without the help of a developer waiting for access.

1. Add new user: then you have to fill out a huge form with personal information from User. I did, then they couldn't send a text nor call their (user) phone number. So, I put my number in and got the OTP. Then a button showed up to "verify user" and it might take a few days. Clicked on button. Nothing happens.

2. Since that failed, I decided to add the person as an authorized user. Sent them a link provided by Amazon, they receive the link, the click on the link and then they are taken to a page and Amazon said you do not have permission. What the heck is going on. What's supposed to happen is the authorized user gets the link, clicks on it and then I receive an email from the user to invite them as partner.

Nothing is working and it's been about a week and Amazon keeps saying it's escalated to technical services. Then the next morning, I get vague questions, like, we need more details. So I take screenshots, URLs and anything else and then get another similar email from Amazon the following day.

I tried to add myself as an authorized partner to another email account of mine and same thing. I click on the link and it brings up a page saying I don't have access. This is a professional account so I know I have the rights to add users and partners. The individual account you cannot add.

So, please, if someone knows how to fix this in this forum, I would gratefully appreciate your HELP. I have already told them, if it's not fixed in 48 hours, I am asking for a refund and closing the account. This is ridiculous. A company, as large as Amazon and their Information Systems people can't fix this!?!? I even told them, try it yourself and see. I don't need to keep trying and sending you screenshots, you have my full permission.

This is just so stressful, considering I am brand new to this.

Can you provide me with any of the support case IDs you have submitted so that I can take a closer look at this on my end.

I cannot guarantee a resolution within 48 hours on my end, and wanted to set up some expectations here. If cases are pending action by our tech team then we will have to wait for an update, I can however escalate the issue further on my end if support isn't able to assist.
