2-3 days for standard shipping??? This can't be right.
A customer from across the country orders an item. Amazon wants me to deliver it in 2-3 days via Standard Shipping. Contacted Seller Support and was told there is nothing they can do to update the expected delivery days. Case ID 16640665741

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to provide additional information here. I reviewed the case and I can see Seller Supports guidance here is correct. We are unable to change the expected delivery date of the order from our end.
Was this a one time thing or has this occurred multiple times?
