Not sure what you are asking. If you use Amazon buy-shipping you have zero control over label content.
If you buy shipping elsewhere there are no content requirements. The label has to meet UPS / USPS / etc requirements and as long as you purchase through Stamps, PirateShip, etc. -- it will comply. If shipping from another country, you must meet any requirements of that country, the package must arrive, and the buyer must not face any sort of import / customs duties or fees.
