Chargeback
Hi,
We’ve recently encountered several chargeback cases that were decided in favor of the customers. Despite providing proof that the customers received the items and never requested returns, we’ve not received the items back.
As these are high-value products, we’ve incurred losses totaling approximately $16,000 due to these chargebacks.
I’ve opened SAFE-T claims and support cases, but all have been denied. This feels unfair to us as a seller, and we are increasingly concerned about the security of selling on Amazon.
Is there any way to escalate these issues?
Thank you for your assistance.

Do you use Amazon's buy shipping? What sort of proof are you providing? Safe-t claim is not the avenue for chargebacks.

You need to file a fraud charge with your local police department and then start the legal process. Amazon is no help in these cases. Which makes no sense, since they are the only ones that can accept payment information. One of those policies Amazon has that ensures the seller is screwed over at the end.

I appreciate you posting to the seller forums, @Seller_cj13rvbE52ha6- and am sorry to hear about this situation.
I can help provide the following resources on responding to a chargeback claim, as well as this page, which highlights the process as a whole and shares some best practices for preventing chargebacks. In the majority of cases, the issuing bank's decision is final and there is no recourse to appeal that decision.
I hope this information proves useful, and thank you again for posting,
Danny
