I am selling bags in the USA and importing bags from Alibaba. Can anyone explain how I make supply chain documents? I am selling generic products.

Alibaba will bring you nothing but grief on Amazon.
You do not "make" supply chain documents. If they are generic products you will need your invoices, showing the items shipped to you and a letter of authorization from the manufacturer stating the product is generic and you are free to sell it as such.
That may still not be good enough, especially since China sells a lot of fakes out the back door, that are actually branded products.
