I had a buyer purchase a new, factory sealed board game from me and he opened a return request before the package was even delivered, saying the game was missing parts, which there is a complete timeline of in our messages on Amazon. Clearly he made the purchase just to take what pieces he needed and then open a return. However he did that before he even had the item. Duh! He then filed an A-Z claim stating the package was never delivered and got a full refund, paid by Amazon with no effect on my account. He even says "I got my package" in our messages. So he scammed me and then scammed Amazon for his return.

I filed an IC3 Internet Crime Complaint. Can I message the buyer that I've done this with screen shots of the filed complaint? Would this me frowned upon by Amazon?
