I am an individual seller and I fulfill my shipments. I have my first return from a customer. I want to know what happens to the item, does the customer ships it back to me? I did not receive anything yet and is 2 weeks already. Thank you.

Do not refund until you receive the item back. If it not unusual for a buyer to decide that's too much trouble.

This is Roberto. I wanted to follow up on your post, as @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl mentioned you should only refund once you receive the product so you can determine the condition of the item being received and evaluate the refund amount.
