Selling your own CDs on Amazon
Hello Jeff, I hope your situation with the interloping seller was successfully resolved.
I am hoping you can help me with something:
Like you, I have independently produced (and own the rights to) physical CDs, and have the intention to only sell on a retail level.
Amazon restricts me from listing Cds on my own. Since they allow you to sell your Cds, there must be a way for me to list as well - do I have to enlist in brand registry and provide a trademark in order to qualify?
Ps: I'm pretty sure our styles are very different, but I would like to have a link to your music.
