A to Z Claim Incorrectly Granted
Case ID: 17200325301.
Order ID: 112-8266749-0484233.
We have provided the customer's proof of receipt, which shows that the customer has received the machine weighing nearly 200 pounds.
But the appeal was rejected, and we lost a lot, no payment, no machines.
We provided all the evidence, but it was useless. It's ridiculous that a 200 pound machine with a signed receipt would go somewhere on its own.
We really need your careful verification and assistance. Please check this a-z claim and the case and please help us. @Cooper_Amazon
Best regards

Hi Ecoss - The Seller Forums is a space to post questions and engage with other sellers. You can appeal a claim by doing the following:
- From the Performance menu, select A-to-z Guarantee Claims.
- Click the Option to Appeal tab, find the relevant Claim and select Appeal decision.
- Follow the appeal instructions and upload proof of delivery or other new documentation that supports your reason for appealing.
