Does anyone know any forum for Amazon Vendors where I can discuss the challenges I am facing doing business with Amazon? I have a long a list of issues with Amazon Vendor partnership, starting from frequent shortage claims even though I am sure that these purchase orders had the correct quantities and items mysteriously disappear when it reaches Amazon Warehouse. Another big problem is that we no longer have a Vendor manager as she quit Amazon and no replacement was assigned. The Vendor support seems to be as useless as Seller support 99% of the time, same template replies and not even reading through my emails properly before replying. The list of troubles goes on. Any leads to discuss similar issues with other vendors will be really helpful.
