I am writing to seek assistance with an issue regarding the listing of my products under the brand "TabloShop." I am the registered brand owner, and my brand is officially enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry. I sell across multiple regions, including Amazon.de, which automatically synchronizes my products to other marketplaces like the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe.

My brand is successfully registered and recognized on all the mentioned sales platforms, and I am able to edit and manage my products across these regions. However, when attempting to update or fix certain listings on Amazon.com, I encounter the following error message:

"You are not authorized to fix this issue. A contribution from the brand owner or an authorized reseller is required to resolve this issue and activate the ASIN. If you are the brand owner or an authorized reseller for this brand, please apply for the appropriate role for this brand in Amazon Brand Registry."

Since I am the legitimate brand owner and the manufacturer of these products, this issue is puzzling. I have confirmed that my brand and its roles are correctly registered on Amazon Brand Registry. Despite this, I am unable to make necessary updates to my listings via the "Fix Your Products" page.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue so I can properly manage my product listings across all marketplaces. Any guidance or support you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
