Hi, I have been asked for letter from the bank with signature or stamp on it.
Already provided all the details about my business account, letter form bank with stamp, and Personal Bank Account Statement, mobile phone bill, and Credit Card statement but my account is still on limited access. Already provided the documents according to reequipments.
Amazon asking for Letter form bank with the following details.
A scanned copy of a certified bank letter for the primary contact person. The document must meet all the criteria listed below:
- Dated within the last 180 days.
- Signed or stamped by the bank.
- Shows the bank name or logo.
- Shows the account holder’s name, residential address, and bank account number.
Which kind of letter from bank is required to fulfill the requirements of Amazon.

If you go on the starling app you can download a certified bank letter and statement and it’s sent to you as pdf. As long as the details match that should be acceptable as it’s what I used

Hello, i have exactly the same problem, i was asked in September to verify one GBP account, I submitted the letter, from wise. all was fine. Then I was asked to verify a HSBC Euro account, i submitted the letter, all was fine. Then two weeks later amazon emailed and said the letter was not accepted, and asked for another letter, from the bank (HSBC), verifying the bank account. amazon wanted this letter addressed to my home address, not my business address.
At this point they deactivated my account ( early October). HSBC do not sign or stamp letters, so went to the local branch and got a bank statement stamped, and also received a second letter, this time to my home address. this took 2 weeks… all of these documents were submitted in the first two weeks of November, and i am still deactivated. amazon have held my funds since October, and also i have not traded.
naturally i have raised appeals, and contacted seller support numerous times, and so far. they have not replied to any of the appeals, nor does seller support help.
all i am told is that they are still reviewing.
its been over 10 weeks now for this “review”…without any explanation from Amazon.

All these posts and lots of people trying to help then it takes to post 58 before you tell us you cant send the info cos you dont have a personal bank account.

If you have a starling company bank account, why havent you just opened a starling personal account? They can be opened within a day

Yes you can because as I said originally, you can download a certified letter using the app and it counts. My accounts are all starling accounts
