Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your post.
I do see that your account was deactivated and you will need to provide provide additional documents to our partner team in order for them to review your request again.
You have received an e-mail labeled "Your Amazon account" on July 10th, please review the information there and reach out to Account Health through seller central if you have any further questions.
