Two-Step verification Account Recovery Issue (No response)

I have lost my phone recently and could not be able to recover both phone number and 2FA Authy App which required for login into account
In an attempt to resolve this issue, I also submitted my passport for Recovery two step verification. Despite multiple attempts, unable to disable the two-step verification, only receiving the following email "Hello, Thank you for your response. Your account is currently under review by the department in charge. We will be reaching out to you via email in the next 24 to 48 business hours. We ask you not to open new accounts because any new orders that you place may be canceled"

If you are a UK seller, ask in the UK forum. It seems there the prodecure is a bit different. Whatever I explained to UK sellers, they were never successfull installing and using the authenticator app.
