I am an Amazon seller and have recently encountered an issue regarding a customer review that I believe violates the community guidelines. I have contacted Amazon Seller Support multiple times to request the removal of this review.
Summary of the issue:
Suspicious Pattern of Reviews: The buyer left five one-star reviews for different products on the same day. This pattern is highly unusual and suggests potential malicious intent, which undermines the integrity of the review system.
Irrelevant Review Content: The review comment "Ok I guess. Not what I had in mind but it works thanks" does not provide specific or constructive feedback about the product. This vagueness fails to offer valuable insights to other potential buyers and does not reflect an informed opinion based on actual use of the product.
I have followed the instructions provided by support to report the review using the "Report" function and have reached out through Case ID 15775271591 15730847931
15765374131 15763718681 15775271591. However, each response I've received is an automated template, and the issue remains unresolved.
Request: Since my attempts to resolve this through standard channels have been unsuccessful, I kindly request the forum admin to help escalate this case to a higher-level manual review to ensure it is properly addressed.

Hey again @Seller_SeR8HaCe5YRK6- thanks for also taking the time to surface this negative review. Please see my comment on your other thread reporting a negative review for pathways to report review abuse to Amazon, along with the Community Guidelines our teams use.
I can understand that the content of this review may not be the most helpful to potential customers, but do not see where it departs from our Community Guidelines.
Amazon does encourage customers to share their opinions, whether they are positive or negative, though I do appreciate you seeking further information here on the forums.
