Country of Origin Question
Can I get some insight as to what might be counted as "substantial transformation" when it comes to country or origin as described at this Seller Central link? You can also search the term and find the article. I tried to watch the video in the link but it just takes me to the main Seller Central page.
Why am I asking about this? My Brand Registry registered product is made in USA and shows country of origin as USA on the listing but we have sellers based in China on one of our branded listings. All my efforts to have them disallowed are failing but I'm seriously doubting they are sending inventory that was made in the USA even though their barcodes do not say "Made in China."
Yes, I'm on the crazy bus living life fightinga losing battle against unscrupulous non-US sellers like so many others.
Yes, I have test buys.
Yes, I have reported.
Yes, I have used Report a Violation with every possible drop down option that could reasonably apply.
Yes, all reports are rejected.
No, I can't get copyright/trademark due to pending application status.
Here's my latest rejection that's pending a probable re-rejection Brand Registry Marketplace Violation>Product Not as Described ID 15465174821

Hello @Seller_TLvvum4XOfaPe,
I've reviewed your Case and at this time your report has been directed to the appropriate team. Amazon will not share the results of any investigation, however appropriate actions will be taken.
For future reports, if you are reporting violations of Amazon policy (The product received is different than the product on the detail page) you should use Report a Violation and ensure that you don't mention infringement concerns.
If your issue is specifically with infringement of your Intellectual Property you can reach out via Brand Support. You can learn more about Intellectual Property on Amazon in the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page.
At this time there is no further information I can provide regarding your report but feel free to reach out if you have further questions and I will answer if possible. Thank you for your understanding.
