Need Help: "An Unexpected Error Occurred" When Submitting Seller Application

I keep encountering an error message saying, "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." whenever I try to submit a seller application.

I’ve already opened a support case, but their only advice has been to try again later.

I’ve tried using different browsers, clearing cookies, rebooting my computer, and restarting my internet connection, but the issue persists.

I hope someone from this community can help me resolve this.

Please be sure to provide them with all the steps you have taken as you stated here, as well as what product you are trying to get approval to list. Include the ASIN and a screenshot of the error that you are receiving so they can take a look.

If you still need help after they complete their investigation, please provide me with the case ID so I can take a look further.
