Inventory control turned into a vicious circle
Hello,
On December 22, I received an e-mail from Amazon stating that there were doubts about whether my products in FBA stocks were authentic or not and that they needed to be checked. In the e-mail, they were asking for invoices and receipts of all the ASINs I had listed so far, Brand letters authorizing your use of third-party intellectual properties, Item quantities, item descriptions, import-export documents, etc. I sent all my invoices for the products in question (the manufacturer from whom I bought only one product, which is a well-known brand in the US, stated that they do not work with invoices and can only provide order confirmation). So I added the order confirmation printscreen only for that product and sent it along with the other invoices. After a while, I received an e-mail from Amazon stating that if there was no order confirmation number, seller name, address etc. on the order confirmation document, it would not be accepted (even though order confirmation number was existing on the page). So I opened a case at Amazon help desk. Answered by someone named Sulaiman (not sure if it's a bot or not). Likewise, this and that information about the supplier is required, etc. Then I went back to the previous email sent to me from Amazon. In the same e-mail, this time they requested an invoice and receipt, brand letters, item quantities, descriptions, supplier information, etc. for a specific ASIN. I also prepared and sent invoices corresponding to my stocks on Amazon for the ASIN in question and my sales up to that point, a detailed explanation about the ASIN in question, and the supplier's name, address, telephone, website, email, etc. information. Today I received another e-mail from Amazon, saying that they cannot verify my supplier. As a result, I would like to ask the following questions to Amazon;
- Why can't you verify my supplier even though I sent you the name, address, website and e-mail information you requested? What more information do you need?
- Why do I continue to receive the same generic e-mails even though I have provided you with the exact information you requested from me?
- Why doesn't a real person read the emails I send you and are answered by a bot? I spend time and effort to carefully prepare the documents you request from me, why doesn't anyone deign to review what I send?
I'm asking, please have someone from Amazon take care of my case. But please, a real person. And in order for the dialogue to continue more healthily, please let's proceed in the form of questions and answers.
On the other hand, if there are other sellers who are experiencing a similar vicious circle as I am experiencing, I would be grateful for their advice.
Kind regards,

Amazon is very strict with the supply chain. And a supply chain is only verifiable if you have:
1. Invoices from an authorized distributers covering the quantity you list: no receipts, no order confirmation
2. Letter of Authorization from the brand (s)
If you cannot provide these elements, stop immediately to contact seller support. You just loose your time. Try to sell on another platform.
Remove your items asasp because you don't just risk the suspension of your account but also that Amazon will confiscate and destroy your products.
