Amazon Unable to Verify Supplier Invoice

Hello all,

I have gotten a couple inauthentic customer complaints hurting my Account Health that seem impossible to remove. Here is the response to my 100% authentic invoices i am supplying for an authorized Nike retailer:

"We cannot accept this invoice because we are unable to verify the supplier. We removed your listings for these items:

How can I reinstate my listing?

To get your listing reinstated send us the following required documents and information from your supplier's supplier:

Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders or authorization letters from your supplier's supplier issued in the last 365 days.

If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation to prove a valid supply chain.

If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card."

I have spent hours providing all relevant information only for it to be denied over and over again. Calling has not helped, credit card info, shipping proof, official invoices, you name it. It my account essesntial done for as more of these roll in and Amazon proves they will never accept what i am providing? I understand that they cannot confirm details on their side, but i have no idea the route they are going to proof these invoices legit. This guilty until innocent standard has gotten so old.

Nike does not allow third party sellers of their products. This is from the Terms on their website:

You have retail receipts, not invoices. Your items in Amazon's eyes are counterfeit. You will never be able to have your listing reinstated because you will never be able to give Amazon what they're requesting.

You're correct, none of this will help to reinstate your account.

Most likely, you do not have an INVOICE, but a RECEIPT. That receipt stipulates right on it that items purchased are not for resale (online or otherwise). Nike does not allow sales on 3rd party websites, and is cracking down hard.

In the case that you have an actual invoice, as supplied to an authorized B&M retailer, listing on Amazon is a violation of your contract with Nike; if you are lucky, your Amazon account will be shut down, but Nike will allow you to continue selling at your B&M store. But also quite likely that they will de-authorize you for violating the terms of the contract to sell Nike.

Regardless, getting suspended for selling Nike is pretty much the end of the road for selling on Amazon.

I see that you have concerns about resolving product authenticity complaints as the invoices that you have submitted have been rejected and the violations remain on your account.

@Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ and @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw have provided you with accurate and very helpful information regarding your situation, I suggest to review what they have shared for clarity.

To resolve these types of complaints you will be asked to submit invoices for the ASIN(s) in question, from a verifiable supplier and that meets our document requirements. If the supplier is unable to be verified or the invoices do not meet the requirements, you may be asked to submit supply chain invoices and authorization letters (issued from your supplier's supplier to your supplier) to validate authenticity.

Have you reached out to your supplier to obtain supply chain invoices and letters of authorization (LOA) as of yet? If so, are they willing to supply them to you?

I wanted to point out that receiving multiple issues regarding authenticity that go unresolved can pose a risk to your account overall. I suggest to review the following resources on this topic:

-Respond to a Product Quality and Authenticity performance notification

-Best practices in product authenticity and quality

Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
