Amazon redirects return back to buyer
A buyer opened a return, received the return label then contacted Amazon indicating they returned it buy mistake. Amazon contacted me to reship the item back to the buyer instead or issuing a refund. I stated no, since Amazon will issue A refund once it shows delivered if I don't do it myself. I told amazon agent to just have the buyer reorder. Then Amazon interfered with the return process by contacting UPS to redirect the package back to the buyer. Instead, UPS returned it to Amazon in Kentucky. So buyer is granted an A-Z and my appeal is denied. Safe T Claim says not eligible. Amazon tells me to contact UPS and UPS says to contact Amazon. Screwed over again by Amazon. Why won't they follow their own policies?
