UPS ground saver Issues
UPS ground saver for the last few weeks has had an issue with no response from seller support with not having print options other then default of only PNG label, ie no options of label pack slip pdf etc.
And it has no insurance/ declared value and confirmation method is not available.
Ticket was from 4/19/24 still getting the working on ( hurry up an wait) in emails till 5-5 but now but the case is answered
This was working the friday before and has been like this since

Did you first start seeing this issue this past Friday?
Are you still able to purchase UPS Ground Saver shipping, or is it a blocker? (I understand that the warning is worrisome either way.)
