How do i provide an invoice- i make the product
discussion.please someone help. We are licensed to make toffee. We want to sell it on Amazon. We are the manufacturer of it. Amazon wants an invoice of us buying the product. They will not accept the receipts we have for raw ingredients. They won't accept invoices of us selling our toffee to us. What do I do? Have they never had a manufacturer selling the product they make?

I'm sorry you have had such a hard time getting your product approved. In general if you are the manufacturer the expectation is that you provide the source of the ingredients and components of the product to get reviewed for possible approval. I understand that you have done that but were not able to get approval. Can you please provide me with your most recent open case ID on this issue so I can see what options I might be able to provide? Thank you for your understanding.
