Amazon started tagging on to our Branded listings. They had become very successful. However; we do not sell to anyone but Amazon customers. So we did test buys and sure enough it was not our product. It was not even the same color. We have made multiple reports to the Amazon Counterfeit Team and through Brand Registry. Nothing.

Then after a few weeks on additional listings we started getting our real product from direct buys from Amazon.com as the seller. So we placed unique markers on the product we sent in for FBA and sure enough Amazon was selling directly through themselves as the seller the product we sent in for our FBA sales. Are they mixing their fake product with our FBA product? We FBA sticker everything and do not use UPC codes. Any help?
