25(b) EPA Exempt Products on Amazon
We have endlessly been battling to get listings live and or reinstated on Amazon that meet the 6 conditions under FIRFA exemption.
Labels are printed correctly and we have all supporting evidence to indicate this exemption. Amazon continues to remove the listings requesting an EPA number.
Please provide any insight possible on how to successfully correct this issue once and for all.

Hello @Seller_DljGedkBEBIhE,
Thanks for posting regarding the issue. I've reviewed the details of your case. At this time, the product has been flagged as a pesticides product. Any claims that a product might reduce or prevent a pest can be subject to Amazon’s policies. It doesn’t need to be a traditional pesticide but also things like ultraviolet lights, water treatment units, or mothballs. This also applies to the traditional types of pests like insects, rodents, and mold.
In order to conduct a review of the product, you must provide a valid EPA registration number or an EPA establishment number, as applicable, for each pesticide or pesticide device listing, or specify that your product qualifies for an exemption. More details about the process involved with this is available in the Pest control products and pesticides page.
Regards,
- Manny
