Incredibly blatant return abuse & fraud
We are now dealing with another authenticity complaint on one of our ASINs from someone who ordered the item 2 weeks ago, received a free replacement, and recently complained that her child cried because the "cards were fake".

So, if this person claims the cards are fake, why did they receive a free replacement? None of this adds up.
This is pretty blatant return abuse & fraud.
In all honesty - we don't even mind about the replacement. What we care about is the fraudulent inauthenticity claim to which we will now have to jump through hoops to rectify as we've projected in our previous thread "Question regarding Invoice Appeal for Customer Authenticity Complaint"

Pokemon is very risky to sell on Amazon. Not only are they actively managing the brand and trademarks but the supply chain is full of counterfeits and buyers are known scammers....Other TCG's are similiar...MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh ect....
