Brand name is used by other sellers

I recently registered a brand name on amazon, only brand name. I didn't register brand.

My question is that can i stop other sellers to stop using my brand name? Because my brand name is in other sellers tittle and descriptions. Please let me know. Thanks

The question is WHO was first to use that brand? You say "recently", maybe the other seller used that brand before you?

The IP complaint you did receive three months ago, did that concern the "brand name" you are talking about?

As Brigitte mentioned, this will depend on the owner of the brand (who added first), and if is registered, you can update the detail page of the products following these guidelines.

Also, if you are the brand owner and wants to register your brand you can check here the requirements, and start the application process.
