GYR2 USPS Non-Delivery

Spoke to the post office in-charge Mark at Goodyear AZ last evening, here are his inputs.

Amazon has no delivery instructions or mailbox setup for GYR2 warehouse for handling USPS deliveries.

As a result, 100's of packages are being returned by the Goodyear, AZ postoffice on a daily basis. Can the mods look into this and try to get this sorted asap. Why is GYR2 being offered as a destination for USPS air shipments when they do not have a delivery setup in place for USPS itself?

Wondering why there aren't more sellers complaining about this.

We experienced the same issue with GYR2 and other FCs.

And we cannot send via UPS from abroad.

So every returned parcel is high air freight delivery cost lost and items not being in stock, when parcel is refused, so even more money lost.

It is unbearable to work like this.

And it is unbelievable that sellers from abroad still have to send to certain FCs, when it is known that they do not cooperate with USPS. They should just get erased from the list, as long as they do not support USPS.

Do you think that anyone has actually taken notice of this?

I just don't get it why there is no feedback or someone taking responsibility!?

Are we really asking too much, just to call the manager of GYR2 and ask for what reason he hasn't set up the delivery instructions with USPS?

Other fullfilment center have been able to do it - do some just not want USPS?

At least tell us if that is their policy, but just ignoring this and not acting feels like no one cares and no serious working attitude.
