Ive had lots of items go missing when i send them into amazon from a box. But this time i Have had 20 units go missing. Whats the best way to get a reimbursement as ive tried the usual way before but never get a reimbursement.

Have you opened a case with Seller support providing shipment ID, invoices and POD?
