Amazon Account no longer accessbile nor is the email account associated with it

Hi Support,

I'm posting this from my friends account who has kindly allowed me to do so as I have no other option of getting support.

I have raised 2 separate Amazon cases concerning this issue with case reference: 17464369951 and 17464494621.

My primary and only email account associated with my Amazon account has been breached and I am no longer able to access any email or communications through it.

In addition to above, I can also no longer access my Amazon Seller Account to change this email address.

I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue and re-gain access to my Amazon Seller Account.

One of the two cases I've opened with support have been unhelpful, therefore here I am asking for an Amazon representative for help on this urgent matter.

Can someone please assist me with this?

I'm going to tag some MODS for you since you have case numbers.

Of course, since you are using an account that belongs to a friend you have now successfully LINKED the accounts and your next problem is going to be having to show that the NOW LINKED accounts are not related.

Good luck with that part!

BUT, it’s a weekend and all the MODS are off partying 😁😁 so it may be early next week before you hear back! Actually, they are short staffed (on purpose) on weekends because Amazon doesn’t think anything bad happens then!
