Amazon changed to 2 days delivery date
Hello people, pls advice. I do not how, but my "Free shipping" profile was changed automatically to 2 days delivery option. I can't provide such service, selling in handmade, shipping takes around 2-3 weeks. 6 orders were placed while I realized situation and deleted "2 days delivery option" from my shipping profiles. Now I receive "automatically refund" to customer as shipping was not 2 days. This affects my account and risk of deactivation may happen. I have shipped all orders with tracking but all of them can't reach customers in 2 days. What should I do now? Tomorrow and day after tomorrow are due delivery dates for last 4 orders. If I understand correct those orders would be automatically refunded too , but how can I protect my account? What can I do now to avoid risk of deactivation? Should I cancel shipped order by myself (is this better than Amazon do it?) but this will affect account health anyway... Pls advice...

Check all your shipping templates; make sure you have not allowed automation on any, even one you do not use. In fact, if you have "migrated" templates you do not use, I would recommend deleting them.
Do not allow any form of premium shipping on any template. (Do not confuse premium with expedited -- expedited is okay)
Check your handling time, make sure that automation h as not crept in there.
All this is just future protections; nothing to help with current orders. But still worth doing.
