ECMS Shipping US > UK
Has anyone had a good experience with ECMS shipping from the US>UK?
We booked a shipment from the US > UK through Amazon seller central a few weeks ago and although we initially received an email confirming the shipment and requesting that we upload the commercial invoice and packing list etc, every time we try to forward them the documents or ask a question via email, they don't reply.
I have sent 3 separate emails regarding some questions that we have regarding POA, timescale etc, but they just ignore them all. The tracking shows the stock just sitting in a warehouse in the US.
It's a bad service and we would not recommend to others.

Still sitting in a warehouse in the US, 12 days later, no contact from ECMS. Is this some sort of joke? This feels like theft.
