This is the 3rd thread that you have started about this issue, which technically is against forum guidelines, creating duplicate threads. You have replies on your other threads, but if the seller still cannot fathom it out then not a lot more you can do. I found the below instructions by simply typing in to the search box at the top of this page. Unfortunately it seems that the forum mods are not responding either.

Here are the instructions for customers to remove feedback:

If the customer agrees to remove their feedback, you can provide them with these step-by-step instructions:

Go to Leave Seller Feedback.

Click on Completed Feedback.

Scroll down to locate the feedback that you want to remove, and click Remove.

Select a reason for removing the feedback, and then click Remove.

Note: You can request that a customer remove feedback. However, you cannot offer or pay any incentive to a customer for either providing or removing feedback. For more information, see
