Amazon not accepting invoice as 'does not match seller account'
I have submit an invoice on a selling application for brand Neutrogena multiple times and every single time I get a generic response which states 'The document provided includes buyer information that does not match your selling account. You must provide an invoice that reflects your business name and address listed as the buyer.'
The invoice 100% matches my company name, my address and my phone number. I have had several invoices in the past, with the exact same format from the same supplier, agreed manually previously. [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary]
