We have submitted multiple images of our products, trademark certificates, certificates of good standing but nothing seems to be working. Any suggestion on what we can do to get approved? I don't know if you have seen this page but it has a lot of information on the Grocery & Gourmet food category including seller and product requirements.
Pulled from the above link - you must meet the following seller performance targets:
- Order defect rate: < 1%
- Pre-fulfillment cancel rate: < 2.5%
- Late shipment rate: < 4%
