Sweden Support is most awful support

I do not know where to write, this is my last chance.

Sweden support is not working normally as they should. I am brand owner, and unfortunately a lot of my items has been added by amazon system to amazon retail listing. And to this moment some sizes of my items are at amazon retail listing, and some sizes at mine. This is not ok for me, because customers need to see all variations at one listing. Im writing about this to support and asking them to disconnect my items from retail, because only support can do it. They are answering to me standard copy paste answers that they can not do it.

I had similar problems at all marketplaces, and they are disconnecting items from retail after one message , here I need to write 10 messages to support and they are not listening to me.

Im really tired Im paying money for fba, for advertising and no sellings because some sizes are at retail listing and some at mine. As a brand owner I have all right to sell my items at my listing!!!! Im asking someone to see this message and help me. I can give all cases numbers and you will be in shock homy many they are. and nobody is not helping.

Im asking someone to contact with me, because Im really tired, if my problem will not be resolved I do not see reason why I need to sell here items. I will close sweden marketplace.

Today someone from support has been sent violation to me. All because Im asking to do this simple task what all other marketplace support are doing from first message.

You think this is normal to work like this?

Firstly amazon bot is adding my items to retail listing, and after support is not helping to me to resolve this problem. Im brand owner, I can show all documents of proofs, I have all rights to sell my items in my listing!!!

Im asking someone from amazon to see this case, this is very important, more than 1000 items has been stuck at my inventory because of this situation.
