Despite buyers returning apparel after using it and applying perfume, Amazon remains unresponsive to the issue of customers abusing the return policy.
I have received many returns where items are sent back after being used, with perfume applied, and in very bad condition, making them unsellable, and this is happening for every second item that I receive from Amazon as unfulfillable!
I've noticed some customers buying items, returning them just before the 30-day limit, then buying another piece and returning it just before 30 days, and so on. This is a misuse of Amazon's liberal return policies, and sellers are helpless against it as Amazon is not taking any action on this.
Not sure how others deal with this but I am incurring loss and thinking of exiting!
