Where can I buy from to get a eligible invoice

I heard buying from the brands site and submitting receipts can get your account suspended but I had a question is buying from a wholesale site or Costco allowed? Im talking about sites such as Faire or Qwholesaledepot can someone please tell me if its allowed thank you.

Start with the brand. Obtain their written authorization to sell on Amazon. And find out who are their authorized distributors.

No -- Costco is not okay.

Do your homework before starting to sell on Amazon by going to Seller University (Amazon's YouTube channel)- do not watch the YouTube or TikTok videos.

Selling on Amazon is challenging.

You need the brands written letter of authorization (LOA) to sell their brand.

Receipts are not accepted by Amazon, you need actual invoices.

We all had to do our homework and once you study Seller University, you will have a better understanding of how it works - even though it changes all the time.

Best of luck!

Hi there @Seller_qWZChZxyn0kQy,

The feedback form @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl is correct, you should start by connecting with your Brand to verify appropriate sources of inventory. Wholesale isn't always sufficient to ensure that your products will have appropriate invoices. Please check out the Sourcing Guidelines to see what Amazon recommends. Thank you for your understanding.

No offense, but you need to be doing some basic online searches of the needed documents to run a business. Did you know that before sourcing from a legitimate wholesaler, you need to apply for an Employer Identification Number (EIN)? This EIN will identify you, your business accounts, tax returns, and documents, even if you have no employees. You also need to get a sales tax certificate from your home state. These 2 necessary documents can easily be obtained online for free!
