Urgent Assistance Needed: Compensation for Misrouted and Destroyed Pallets
Dear Amazon Team,
We are reaching out to you once again as we urgently require your assistance. Recently, we encountered an issue where five of our pallets were mistakenly delivered to Fulfillment Centers TEB9 and ORF2, despite not being intended for Amazon. Unfortunately, four of these pallets have already been destroyed without prior notification to us or the opportunity for retrieval.
We have opened multiple cases already, but so far, there has been no satisfactory resolution. The most recent case (15007825581) was even closed without a proper response. It was indicated that pallets are typically removed from the Fulfillment Center within a week of reporting, yet they have now been destroyed without our chance to reclaim them.
Additionally, we have found that the decision to destroy the pallets was made in a case (14702146291) to which we have no access, as it was not initiated by us. Therefore, we urgently request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate compensation for the destroyed pallets.
We have also created a post in the forum, where there was a response initially, but then no further action was taken. It was then closed.
