We have taken this measure because we have concerns about the authenticity of the items listed at the end of this email. In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon

Please explain to me why my account is deactivated.

You said that you have concerns, I provided to Amazon

- a detailed invoice with the full specifications of the supplier

- proof of payment with credit card in file.

- correspondence with the brand confirming by email that products were indeed purchased from the brand owner

- signed proof from the brand itself that products were indeed purchased from it.

This still doesn't remove the concern?! So what does?

Please find rock-solid evidence attached confirming every last unit of asin is 100% authentic. There is no reason why my account is suspended for authenticity speculation.

I"m 100% ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon from my store.
