Requesting MOD assistance. Amazon Support team is not responding to cases after stating they are investigating the case. There are over $1000+ of items in the shipment and we cannot get a response The case has been open for 9+ months.

I took a look at the case number you provided. At this time, I would actually recommend opening a new case with Seller Support for this issue. That being said, be advised that you will need to provide valid Proof of Ownership that contains all of the necessary information to validate your supply chain. You can review a thread I made on sourcing guidelines here.

Additionally, this Seller University video covers all of the details that need to be included in your invoices. Best of luck to you!
