60 items lost in the warehouse and no solution from Amazon

I have a case of 60 items lost in the warehouse. Following a 60-day investigation (customer service tell me that, the resolution of this type of problem never exceeds 60 days...). Today, it's been 60 days plus 20 days, and Amazon's response when I open a case is to tell me that they're working on it and that they need 10 more days... every 10 days, they need 10 more days, and I feel like it will never end.
Has anyone else had this problem? I don't know what to do. Should I take legal action to move forward the case?

Just keep opening new cases until someone who is willing to help you provide you with the solution. Yes it crazy but it's true
